Co-op Opportunities

Cooperative Education is an opportunity for students to gain work experience with a company and earn money for school. This program is highly encouraged in the College of Engineering because most companies want graduates with relevant work experience. Chemical engineering students co-oped all over the United States this past year. Some of the companies and locations where our students have co-oped include:

  • Conoco, Denver, CO
  • DuPont, Orange, TX
  • Eastman Chemical, Longview, TX and Kingsport, TN
  • Dow, Freeport, TX
